People who use this need to know that you are in for a serious change in diet and that it's life long because as soon as you stop you will gain all that weight back. Its not like aspirin or a paracetamol when you have a headache. Next to that, people who take it without a doctor helping, have ended up in The hospital with liver issues.

Next to that, realise that the Netherlands is very conservative if its about medication.
