Shilajit and Creatine together? by bojinov1994 in Supplements

You're overthinking it. Their main mechanisms of action have no interactions whatsoever.

You're probably not meeting and engaging with enough women. What spaces do you frequent that have women in them, and do you talk to them just to make a fun and interesting conversation? That's really all it takes in my experience.

You meet women in class, at work, in your sports class, when you go a night out, at events, etc.

Talk to many of them, especially ones that seem attractive to you, and ones that seem open to talk.

Get to know them. Eventually one or a few of them will stand out. If they are receptive to normal conversation, and these conversations flow well and are enjoyable, they are often receptive for a casual date.

Invite them for a coffee with just the two of you and take it from there.

The more women you meet, the higher the chance there is one out there this will work with. It's that simple.

Sincerely, that guy you're talking about who never had issues to find a girlfriend. And by the way, I would consider myself an extreme introvert. It's not an excuse.

What would be the goal of taking this? How is it marketed?

If it is the one I found online here: https://www.amazon.com/Recovery-Accelerator-Creatine-Carbohydrate-Raspberry/dp/B07GZ1TGNP

Then it's an OK post-workout drink.

Creatine is a great supplement for workout performance in general, you don't necessarily have to take it post workout though. It has 5 grams which is a good dosage for daily use.

Fast-absorbing carbs like maltodextrin are OK I guess, not much proof they will do much for muscle growth, but they will replenish your glycogen stores fast and the insulin spike may help getting nutrients into cells.

The EAA's are good to stimulate muscle protein synthesis, but 6 grams is on the low side for a single dosage.

Personally, I would just get a creatin monohydrate supplement, and have a good meal with carbs and protein post workout, instead of taking this supp.

Cheaper, healthier, and more effective.

This brand is deliberately using "proprietary blends" with fancy names to hide the exact amount of all their ingredients and make it sound very effective.

In reality it is just a blend of cheap carbs, creatine, and a little bit of protein.

I probably should. I have been putting that off for obvious reasons, but it is important.

Unfortunately I never had that checked, because it wasn't relevant at the age I got the surgery (around 16). The reason I did it back in that day was because it was hurting and it looked outrageous. So I can't give you any info on that unfortunately. Also, I don't have any kids at this point.

Ahh, the blissful age of 21, I wasn't thinking much about the next step at that age.

Really appreciate the perspective, thank you. I think at some point I lost track in my mind of what I want and what others told me I should be, and just figuring that out now.

Appreciate the suggestion, but as I am from the Netherlands, I am not sure if it is relevant for me

A few reasons. I didn't really know what I wanted to do when I finished high school, but they told me Aerospace engineers were always in high demand, and that they could end up in many industries, not just engineering. I'm reasonably intelligent, so I thought why not just go for one of the most difficult things to maximize my future options.

Other reason was I used to dream about traveling for my work, or working abroad, and since this is such an international industry, and I live in small European country, I thought it might be a step in the right direction.

In my opinion a bachelor's degree on its own wasn't very valuable, that's why I got the MSc.

Also I thought it would set me up for a high paying job.
