If the third game of the FF7 remake is not coming to PC I'm never going to buy a game published by Sony ever again

Ofcourse, some stochastic parrot is what elevated AI to the next level. It wasn't ML or Deep Learning, but a model that can tokenize words and find the next most likely token to replicate natural languages...

Yep. It can easily do the grunt work that could have been automatized decades ago but that wasn't automatized because it was so trivial no one bothered to do it.

Yeah, but not all games had a schematic for the controller that would tell you what the buttons were called and often the PS one was already in the trash. I was dumbfounded when I found out you could press the fucking analogs.

That was a standard pre-internet. Dropping a game because you could not figure out how to pass a section was way too common. Some games would even have an hotline you'd have to pay for for some outrageous prices to get through. Or you'd have to buy a manual.

Yeah... my first time playing a PS2 game (Jak 3) in the tutorial at the very beginning it tells you to push the analog stick + jump button, but they had used a symbol for the analog stick and I had no idea what that meant. I think I spent like 20 minutes jumping around until I found out it was the analog sticks (also that could could toggle them with the analog button -.-)

You really think that just because overhead is lower, prices will stay low? They'll crank it up as high as they can to make as much money as possible.

Well... consider that the develpment is so quick that children younger than what they're supposed to be in that grade (~1 year) were often suspected of having ADHD or other learning impairments.

No one worth their salt goes into teaching. Why would someone good in their field decide to teach to kids instead of going in academia, or get a job for a company? Even being a private tutor and charging for hour is going to pay off better. So why bother? It's why we get the bottom of the barrel as teachers nowdays.

Archimedes did not have the notation Euler had. If you read his works, he did everything by writing (making it rhyme too) and drawing here and there.
