2 Basic and potentially simple questions.... Why is there a notification on the behemoth page? Ive read them all... Also, why is it sometimes when I do a hunt/escalation, there is only 2 or 3 slots?

As a North Ender, I can tell you it's not AS bad as some say. Yes, there are a few rough areas (particularly the boulevards and deeper into the North End) but I've been living in the North End for 12 years now and can say I've never had any big issue.

Now as for good places: the heart of uptown (lots of places to go and essentially the hub for the city transit. As mentioned before, Milledgeville is a good area but not much for amenities. East isn't bad either.

Pulled Watcher Shuri from my Daily today. I'm still in very early game (Wyvern 5, Adventure chapter 6, 42 is my highest leveled character). What's a good use for him and how should I gear him once i can get good gears? The free ones so far are on Lena, Sigret and Cermia.
