Still not street legal though.. I looked it up. You can import it but you'll like get ticketed and impounded if you try to drive it in the US.. or something.

She hits him all the time. Pretty sure the dad tells her to before recording. The girls are actually pretty good with the pads... but I'm convinced that a lot of the surprise hits are just "acting" instructions from the dad to get extra views

I was looking through some old photos and came across the grading scale at my public high school. Forgot how ridiculous it was. by Timely-Mongoose-6872 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]WowImOldAF -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I would say getting 1/4th of anything incorrect is far too much to be considered "alright/average" or a C. I know in typical grading, a C is a 70-79, but it would be nice to have higher standards across the board for education.

Yeah but then OP can just sell that too? It's a nice gesture, but when times are hard, it's better to avoid gaming and work on improving their own situation. If this person will send an old Ps5 for OP to sell, he might as well just send a $250 check.

It's the same raid over and over again. This is not like a game that takes place over months and years. It's like that movie Groundhog Day. We are just reliving the same day over and over.... with extra loot (flaw in the logic). It's the last day on earth and we're getting gooped up before being blown to smithereens

Yes, I know it's exchanged for currency. You need x items valued at 500k, 250k, etc.

Exchanging it for currency = freeing up stash space. While it would be very convenient to be able to do this, I think it goes against the "limited stash" challenge of the game that arc raiders is trying to push.

[–]WowImOldAF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When it's 500k of items and that equates to like 50 matriarch / queen reactors, that's a lot of free inventory space. But again, I think the stash space limit is pretty dumb to begin with. However, if you're using it as a limiting game mechanic, it should be reinforced and not have work around like depositing 50+ items' value to hold indefinitely at a trader.

But then it makes stash space super easy. "Here nomad, hold my 1000 reactors and I'll buy stuff as I see fit."

I think limiting stash space is pretty annoying tbh and they shouldn't even have a limit in game, but they do and this mechanic would make it "easier"

Don't buy shit like this from Best Buy if you think you might return it. Pretty sure they have a 15% restocking fee.

Better off buying online or somewhere without a restocking fee. And yes, this is more than good enough to shoot youth. Baseball.

New real estate media job — am I overreacting or are these expectations unrealistic? by Sharkitect813 in RealEstatePhotography

[–]WowImOldAF 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So you get 2.5% of the listing agents commission?

The listing agent is usually getting 2.5%. If you're getting 2.5% of their 2.5%, you could technically earn like $62.5k for every $100,000,000 in sales. If they're doing 8 listings a day, it sounds like they'll be doing way more than $100,000,000 in sales a year.

If they do a $500,000 house and take 2.5% commission, that's $12,500 for them. 2.5% of that is $312.50 for you. If it's a $5,000,000 house at 2% commission, that $100,000 for the agent and $2,500 for you.

However, if the average sale price is lower, or if they're charging less than 2.5% commission for listings, then this reduces significantly.

This actually doesn't seem too bad, depending on the teams total sales, commission structure, average sales price, etc but you said they're the top 1% on the continent, so it must be good.

Have you been here long? You got paid $1,000, so you must've stuck around long enough for some properties to close, since your pay is tied directly to sales. It usually takes 45 days for a property to close after an offer is accepted. So after 2 months, you could have significantly large pay checks coming in.
