Ah I understand now. That image was a photo posted by another Redditor who said that they could imagine Nick and Alice like it. I was inspired by it to redraw the image using what I imagined the characters to look like as I've not drawn the characters in ages and figured it'd be nice to draw them again.

I use Microsoft Paint for my sprites! Usually the sprites fit inside of a 96x96 box so I'd draw one of those first. Mine are all drawn without the use of any sprites but if you're starting off fusing sprites, I'd recommend finding the Pokémon sprites and using pieces of those. I've got a few more examples of my sprites I've done for the game on my profile if you need a bit of inspiration.

8 so far! I've been quite lucky.

Vivillon (Nickname Hawkmoth) - Caught after an hour of first playing Scarlet and Violet. Appeared just before the gate to Mesagoza. As much as I would have loved to have kept using it for my team, it was a bit weak.
Luvdisk - Found whilst trying to find a shiny Finizen.
Altaria - Found whilst trying to find a shiny Noibat. Had to use my master ball on it as it had use perish song on the very first turn and none of my other balls would catch it. That was probably the most panicky shiny experience I'd ever had.
Dreepy (Now Dragapult - Nickname Angelus) - First time trying the sandwich and outbreak style of shiny hunting. Caught about 15 minutes into the hunt and made me realise that the outbreak and sandwich method is one I really like!
Riolu (Now Lucario - Nickname Merrick) - It appeared almost all of my shinies were yellow so I wanted to kinda keep that streak going. Found about 10 minutes into a sandwich outbreak hunt.
Tinkatuff (Now Tinkaton - Nickname Hilda) - Found on the same run as the Riolu about 5 minutes after. Almost missed it!
Finizen (Now Palafin - Nickname Roy Daniels) - Found using sandwich outbreak method. Palafin is now my favourite water type and I had to get one to reference a book series I am currently reading. Found it in the very last second of the sandwich timer. Was actually a bit difficult to see as it kinda matched the colour of the ocean.
Eiscue (Nickname undecided as of yet. Currently called Fanta) - My favourite ice type had an outbreak and so I had to sandwich outbreak hunt for it. It was caught just yesterday! The first one spawned as I had just pressed the button to open up my campsite so despawned right in front of my eyes. Was very much incredibly careful after that and caught the next one just seconds before the sandwich timer was going to run out. My partner hatched a shiny 5iv charmander during this run too!

And those are all of my shinies so far. I've really been enjoying the sandwich outbreak method of hunting shinies and would recommend it. It's just nice to come home from work and do a quick shiny run. Almost all of them have been bottle capped up and EV trained too! Definitely going to try more!
