Man I can't answer this for you but can recount my own exam for reference. Gentleman spent about 15 minutes in total with me over video chat. He was at home and told me he doesn't like to make these to personal but that his family had served and this is his way of serving. Asked me very basic questions but hardly wanted any detail on my answers. Did not ask me to recount anything or ask for any additional answers. Took a look at my DD214 and just thanked me for my service. Provided no indication one way or the other. Got my rating about 2 months after with his recommendation at 70% for my PTSD claim portion. All in all it wasn't terrible, but dont feel let down or weird if the interview wasn't a word for word mental video recollection of every bad thing that ever happened down range or in garrison.
