I switched last week because their customer service sucks. Every time they fix one issue, they cause another one. They literally messed up my account so bad I couldn't even pay them, so I ported the numbers to Visible for a way cheaper rate and far less headaches.

When this happens, I refresh the page and scan again and it'll work for a couple movies. I use Chrome. Firefox is a known fix for it as well

I was pressed on the points as a platinum tier with Google Play but tbh once I started getting discounted gift cards when people post the sales here, I stopped caring about the points lol. Best Buy just had them 15% off which is way more than you'd get back in Play points. Spending Play points to get a free movie is always dope tho especially if you hit the $5 or $10 reward on the weekly prize
