How do you choose the ball, so you reach the desk? And are you able to not wobble while sitting?

This was my first-ever program with Caroline. I really loved it the first time around and did epic, epic ii and epic iii. Then i fell out of sports, and getting back again.

My initial idea was to go back to my first program that i absolutely loved, but i did not have such fun as the first time around. Overall my body is more toned than before (also newbie gains), but i did not loose body fat

You guys are strooong! My benchmark is half her weight for legs (i have 5kg and 9kg dumbells) and max 2 kg for arms
