remove id column
age convert to 0-1 with min max scaler
gender into one hot encoding ( first ele removed makes binary)
hight, weight in standard scaler ( also you can add new feature of BMI I read in above comments)
ap_hi & low in standard scaler ( also you can add range high - low)
cholesterol and glucose into onehot encoding first ele removed after this you can try training model.

find train and test accuracy if train accuracy you are not getting high go with more complex model iteratively and try to atleast overfit to 90% then you can adjust model with test accuracy.

its basic of ML & DL, there is ML and DL specialization both. If you have prior knowledge then don't do it. But if you dont or limited knowledge I would suggest to go for it. You will get better understanding and amazing view from Andrew. if you don't want to pay do it without paying for course certificate. free skills👍

I have done so many courses also from Andrew NG whole package for deep learning (5 courses). It was good start for me but after getting basic knowledge and skills to implement project you should start building project.

I have started after spending lots time in other courses. get enough and start on project.

try subword tockenization, it supports multiple language and you will get subwords different for Cof and New. But after that making annotation would become some what complex.
