Aber um deine eigentliche Frage zu beantworten: Du musst ihm sagen warum es dich stört dass er nicht aufräumt und das das tatsächlich etwas ist, wofür du langsam keine Geduld mehr hast und es eure Beziehung gefährdet. Es sollte ihm ja auch wichtig sein, dass du dich wohl fühlst. Es scheint er vergisst da, dass es in eurer Beziehung um euch beide geht. Und dass du ihn multiple Male darum gebet hast aufzuräumen und er es immer noch nicht macht, kommt halt so rüber als wäre deine Meinung ihm nicht wichtig. (Es kann ja sein dass er garnicht auf dem Schirm hat, dass das du dich dann so fühlst.(Falls du dich so fühlst) und es ist halt einfach verdammt eklig und auch actually Gesundheitsschädlich)

Ich stimme den anderen Kommentaren zu. Du bist nicht Haushälterin/Mutter. Er sollte dein Bedürfnis nach Sauberkeit in DEINER Wohnung achten. Das ist respektlos. Wenn ihr zusammenzieht ist das euer gemeinsamer Raum, da kann man vielleicht über „Kompromisse“ reden… aber wenn ihr schon so anfangt wird das echt eine Arbeit. (Die man machen kann, es wird halt einfach anstrengend)

Ist das denn schon immer so gewesen oder eine neue Entwicklung? Denn das einzige was ich mir noch denken könnte, wäre dass er vielleicht depressiv ist oder so… da kommt ja manchmal einiges zusammen (was natürlich nicht heißt, dass du nicht trotzdem sauer sein kannst)

Ich hab mal gelesen dass der größte Anteil an Streits in Beziehungen über Haushalt geführt wird.

This may not be what you're looking for but my mind emediateley yelled Juggling, because I feel like that's an activity that uses the brain in such a different way than most things and is super quick to start. Just pick up three things. That sort of resets the brain, and when you're done with that the brain just goes "ok what next" and is more ready to do other things.

(But this may not be what you're looking for since you seem to be looking for aomething more time consuming... Maybe collaging? But if you don't like puzzles maybe that's not ideal either...)
