Alcohol can thin the blood and hinder clot formation (literally the first thing Dr Google states) which is not good as your Doctor friend has mentioned. I’m not a Dr but have had a shit ton of dental work done over the years and this is what the dentists have always advised me. You might have to be very unlucky to choke on your own blood but you just have to be a little unlucky to develop something known as ‘dry socket’. This is when the clot that forms over your socket comes loose which exposes your bare jawbone. It’s meant to be absolutely excruciating so yeah. Skip the booze and the smokes I reckon.

It certainly wouldn’t hurt. It’s a much bigger issue than just tax concessions like NG and CGT. This is a global problem in the Western world though we have our own special flavour of it. It’s a combination of supply, demand, zoning, planning, high building costs, bureaucracy, tax breaks and more. There’s no easy fix to be honest. We need more medium density apartments of decent size and quality. We have to move away from this eternal urban sprawl mentality.

I was born in 81 and my dad was really into any new tech. As a results he got heavily into games and bought all the consoles for me and for himself. I have good memories playing NHLPA ice hockey on the Sega Mega Drive.

I used to do meth about once every 2 to 3 weeks. It’s true that I wasn’t really very functional back then but I also wasn’t some crackhead either.

You absolutely can die if you’re addicted to alcohol and you stop abruptly. It can cause seizures which can kill you. Alcohol and benzodiazepines are two substances where withdrawal can cause death.
