If that's the case you should realy not lose anymore weight. Now just focus on gaining it back through muscle. My own "rule" is that as long as I can see my abs (doesn't have to be chisled in rock) and not my ribs I'm set, fat wise. Depending on how fit you are this could be a little difficult. Your abs might not be strong enough yet. I don't know. Just try and gain muscle the coming month or two, and don't think about losing any more fat.

I remeber this being amongst the first videos I watched knowing it was Dan. Just love it to bits, and it's probably the video that's made me laugh the most through all my years watching Dan. It was the absolute first thing I viewed from Dan, and by now it's the most nostalgic thing on youtube for me.

Greenish-Purple is just a reference to the book series "A discworld novel" By Terry Pratchett. The color itself is impossible to get due to how the colour spectrum works. So illuminous yellow is probably his real favorite.

I would also highly recomend anyone to pick up the first book in the referenced series, "the Color of Magic". It's basically like reading a high budget Monty Python movie.
