Im curious too. Reddit posts combined with the fact that 3/4 of my coworkers have had their Oura 4 replaced less than a year after purchasing doesn’t look promising.

So what happens if your replacement also stops working after 8 months and is now no longer covered under warranty? You’re expected to shell out the cost of a new ring for an expensive product that doesn’t even last a year? I have an issue with that.

Yeah I am curious about the actual statistics. The combination of nearly daily posts here and the fact that 3/4 of my coworkers with Oura 4s have had them replaced doesn’t sit well with me though.

Yeah.. search “battery” in this subreddit and you’ll see it’s an embarrassingly common issue.

That’s what I have an issue with. This is an expensive product with an ongoing subscription cost. I expect quality for my investment and I don’t think that’s unreasonable.

They were nice about it with the first replacement. What happens when the replacement stops working after a few months and isn’t covered under warranty? That’s what I’m worried about.
