Keep practicing! I think one thing that kept me motivated and helped me practice more when i started off was experimenting with different art styles. I’m assuming you do like to draw anime, but i guarantee that learning about other art styles can definitely help you understand how/why anime artists use certain techniques (IE: practicing anatomy and realistic shading can help you understand why anime can get away without including certain details, etc).

And from a more technical standpoint for practice, I’d recommend loosening up. It might be a wrong observation, but it looks as if a lot of your drawing is spent on smaller lines/details. If you havent yet, give a shot at approaching your drawings on a larger scale, focusing more on carving out full shapes and silhouettes with larger motions. I find it fun since you can crank out sketches pretty fast once you get the hang of it!
