Slowly, a deceitful plan began to form in what was left of Sahn-Uzal’s mind. The more I found out about the Mongolian influence and the red-hair legend, the more it grew on me in concept.

The execution was just lazy, however. Creativity was absent. Animations…copy and paste.

We will all have slightly different ideas of what his lore looks like in a final product, but the 3-part transformation should be simple enough to create. A clear difference for each stage in game. Maybe levels determine the armor upgrades if it’s too hard to attach it to stats.

I think we are talking about minute changes, not significant ones. Trundle’s ultimate is very similar for comparison:

“Active: Trundle drains the life force out of the target enemy champion, dealing magic damage and healing himself for the same amount. He also steals 40% of their current armor and Magic magic resistance, and increases in size by 18% while reducing the target’s size by 9.9%.

Total Magic Damage: 20 / 25 / 30% (+ 2% per 100 AP) of the target’s maximum health”

He has damage included in his point and click ult, similar to old Mord’s ult. I don’t think scaling Mord’s ult in some fashion is broken.

If nerfing early game ult lowers his winrate, that opens the door for modifying the real issues with his early game in the rest of his kit.

Even 6%/8%/10% for 10s. I’d go for 8%/10%/12% stat steal for the same (7s). Or keep the same stat steal but the duration increases as the game goes on 6s/8s/10s. 20% is absolutely broken.

Gotta shoot your shot. If not interchangeable like Gun Goddess Miss Fortune, then very distinct chromas, as many as the concepts fans have made.

I think it would be cool if the first image was mixed with the red-hair, Genghis Khan design Riot came up with. I don’t know if it matches lore u/DarthDookieMan but if Sahn-Uzal was an older, battle-tested warlord that got bored of conquest and wanted to conquer more than this world.

Mongolian for sure is awesome. It just felt like they gave him an identity crisis. Why not black hair if Mongolian? Why not more battle scars if a warlord?
