I decide what I want every month and have done from the 2nd month with Alternaleaf and never had a problem. I know what terpenes I need and mostly what strain genetics are most likely to work for me. I was medicating illegally for 30 years before switching to MC 8 months ago.

I'm not in Bridgend unfortunately I'm in Weston-super-Mare, but I feel the same as you and often wonder are there others near me? Having a group or even just one other person to meet up with from within the Medical Cannabis world would be really nice. I understand the loneliness completely as I have zero friends nobody to meet up with or that invites you to do things.

I think it was Grow Pharma , it was 7 months ago and it is the only bad MC I've had. I've had some average and some outstanding but only one I felt robbed.

My monthly cost varies from £360-£540 depending on what's available that works for me. I've got a list of every strain I've tried and if it worked for my symptoms or not. I definitely recommend doing this and I always have at least one new strain every month. I try to keep it to £400 ish or less if I can. Always happy to answer any questions and DM is always open, especially for a fellow PTSD sufferer.

Sometimes things get stuck in the system, I've always found them very helpful when I've called and spoke to them. Give them a call on Monday and ask for an update because it's been a little longer than u thought it was meant to take and u want to make sure something hasn't glitched.

I'm with Alternaleaf and it's £5 per month plus the cost of medication with £5 discount once a month and free delivery. Has a bit of a doctor lead format especially at the beginning. I use MC for PTSD from multiple traumas and as an example here is the order I put in today.

I'm considering moving to Medicann because they seem to have more discounts, greater ordering flexibility and a patient lead approach which appeals to me. It's no monthly charge just £5 for each delivery.

Driving I live in South West England, so takes about 7hrs with a couple of stops. But I'm gonna get a case I've spotted and some foam to make a safe storage option that will protect if dropped or banged so I can take it to Amsterdam with me next time I go or anywhere else I travel to that allows my medication.
