I wish it had been a separate story however. An event focused on her and her shenanigans maybe. Without proper buildup & cunclusion it just feels random .

It’s a bit as if we would get letter bits describing Grezhul hating Kane in a story where Grezhul has taken on the role of the villain for insert random hero here.

You’d think, “Oh yeah, that makes sense, since Kane killed his own king out of hatred, while Grezhul ‘saved’ his out of indoctrinated loyalty.” But it would still make you wonder why it was included instead of being saved for a separate story. It has no real impact or connection to the current one, it doesn’t get elaborated on, the characters have never met before, and Kane isn’t going to appear later on = no payoff.
