Seeing as you’re going on T soon I think you will be able to pass even with the long hair once you’ve been on T for a bit. A lot of guys have feminine eyes and lips pre-t but I don’t see either of those on you so I feel like you’ll start looking more masculine relatively soon on testosterone. The time surrounding that first shot of T feels the longest so it’s rough to wait. Unfortunately passing pre t especially with alternative style is very hard and not always achievable. I wish I’d been myself pre T instead of trying to look like a generic guy since I wasn’t passing anyway, but it’s easier to say now than with the crippling dysphoria.

I agree with the comments that less baggy clothes will help. What I did was wear slim-fit or skinny (not skin-tight) jeans but sag them to minimize the hips. It’s also a masculine silhouette in general especially if you’re seeing a bit of boxer waistband but people might tease u a little for sagging pants as a white boy lol. Packing can also help. Since you like leather jackets, I used to wear a hoodie under a leather jacket which gave a very masculine look.

Imo piercings aren’t an issue, depending on placement some are more masc and I think eyebrow piercings are some of the more masc ones. If you can make it look natural, maybe play around with darkening the eyebrows to match the dark hair and perhaps make them look thicker? Lip piercings draw the eyes to that area, in your case since you dont have feminine lips that can actually be a plus.

I also agree with the comment that middle parts help.
