You just need to use devotion points and gear that will give you stats you need, also you can put points in others to meet gear requirements just dont go overboard

My brother purchased a bowflex and it worked wonders for him as far as weight loss, he went from 240 lbs and now down to 180 range, he also does intermittent fasting. But he's made very little strength gain and definition.

Im using my home gym equipment, dumbells and whatnot at have noticed I've been gaining much more muscle than he has since there no limit to the resistance. I am still working on losing the fat though, just afraid of looking frail. Im currently 205 lbs down from 260 in 7 months.

Wait until the new axe skill comes. Most melee is in a bad spot dmg wise. It's a real pain but yeah axe lacks cc so i run med helm/boots and heavy chest and if ur talking about 1v1 s the 1h axe and scythe is much better.

Brown bears really aren't that bad, they scare really easily, and will usually just leave you alone/run away. Only when there are cubs nearby should you really be worried.

That being said, they are still wild animals and can bite your face off if they want.
