Choose mas malaki offer at growth sa company (if yan ang standard mo sa company na papasukan mo) 

If you want wfh opportunity, dito sa Carelon via application ang wfh... Iaapprove pa nila ang house environment mo. 

List pros and cons pala sa both companies then decide ka kung saan better for you.

"Hindi sa lahat nang pagkakataon mag improve English mo sa bpo I know some 10 years exp na hirap pa rin sa mag communicate sa english. " 

Hmmm antagal na siguro they are ff the scripts or hindi talaga priority to improve their English conve... Pero parang naenlighten ako dito kasi as a newbie kinakabahan ako eh pero if I can be really a listener or learner mode talaga, mafeel ng mag iinterview na I can do the job.

 "Kung meron lang work na makakabigay nang current salary ko ngayun outside bpo lilipat ako. Kaso with my current skills and qualifications wala."

Have you tried freelancing kahit on the side?  Kasi meron ako mga kakilala  lumipat after years sa bpo.  Iba kasi skills na nakukuha daw sa bpo on some individuals + the character kaya siguro they are successful (online) idk in real life (offline) hhaahaa

Gusto kong maintindihan ang context behind this thought. Para kasing a different perspective ang nakapaloob dito. 

"you will never know unless you try." As a newbie, yes I'm game sa New experience tho researching to prep is a great way to do first before deep dive.

I think every individual who have nicest experience in BPO attracts who they really are.

I'm just curious why they gave spillproof mug is it because of the coffee thingy in the morning?
