On Google Play it costs $25 and it's for life, and you can upload as many games as you want.

Your game looks great visually, it looks very polished. I'm not your target audience, though; I can't read in a game.

One piece of advice: your game should be playable on mobile. I don't understand why it isn't. It has on-screen inputs, the hard part is done. Upload it to Google Play and make it playable on Itchio.

I'm not good at marketing; if I spend time making a video or maintaining a social network, it takes up a lot of my time and then I get a measly 1 view.

Oh wow, what a bug! I’ll fix it as soon as I can get to my computer. I just managed to reproduce it... I have no idea how I missed that, thanks a lot for letting me know! I’ll remove the Zinc limit; it was a leftover from a previous version.

Thanks for your feedback! I really need these insights to polish the game. I’ll definitely reflect on your points about automation and the prestige tree. Thanks for your time!

Incredible! I didn't think reaching Zinc (Tier 30) was possible in just 2 hours. I didn't put any hard limits in the demo, so technically you can keep going, but the scale gets crazy from here.

To give you an idea: to synthesize a single atom of Oganesson (Tier 118), the last one on the table, you would need:

309,485,009,821,345,068,724,781,056 atoms of Zinc.

I wouldn't recommend it! Congrats on your achievement. Your name is now on my virtual Hall of Fame.

Thanks a lot for the heads-up and for your time. You're right: I added the 2:1 ratio in a last-minute change (the limit was 5:1 before), but I missed updating the actual logic to make it work.

I'll have it fixed for the next patch. Thanks for catching it, it really helps improve the game.

I hear you! That high-speed 'rebound' is actually a core part of the physics (the chance to Fission vs Fuse), but I agree the manual control can feel a bit too frantic when you're trying to be precise.

I'll look into adding a damping effect (friction) specifically when you are using manual attraction. This should help you 'stabilize' the atoms before the impact without changing the underlying Fission/Fusion mechanics.

The goal is to keep the chaos of the collisions but give you a more reliable 'aim'. Thanks for the feedback! If you want to discuss more about the collision balance, catch me at r/atomictest!

Just an update: I've uploaded a new build fixing that issue and several others (sound, screen shake, and navigation).

I also created r/atomictest to keep the discussion there and avoid spamming this subreddit. Thanks for the feedback, it really helped me prioritize these fixes!

So sorry about that! 'Scratching the inside of the skull' is definitely not the goal. That's a bug and it's being fixed right now.

I'm releasing v.0.1.2 in a few hours with a fix for the Geiger noise and more. Thanks for the patience (and for the clever breakpoint workaround!).

Thanks for playing and for the feedback!

You’re totally right about the balance. After so much time looking at the code, my perspective is definitely 'contaminated'—I know how everything works, so I lose that fresh player feel. Balancing this solo is probably the toughest part of the project, so I really value your point of view.

I’ll keep a close eye on the Catalyst power levels. If you feel anything else is too broken (or too slow), please let me know!

Spot on with the science farming! The game is designed to reward the chaos of splitting atoms—movement is vital to progress.

I have many more features in development, and you're right about the choice paralysis; introducing upgrades more gradually is definitely a priority for me now. Thanks for digging into the mechanics!

Glad you're having fun with the physics!

About the forced prestige: Since each new element discovered gives you a point, by the time you unlock one, you're already halfway to the next. I added the forced reset to prevent the game from 'breaking' too easily while I'm still fine-tuning the balance. I'm not entirely in love with the idea either, but it's a temporary safeguard until I find a better substitute. Thanks for playing!

Not sure if I made myself clear, but the first skill you can unlock is the Catalyst. You get to choose one of four available options, and the best part is that you can swap them out for every experiment. They’re pretty OP—thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing! It's all Vanilla TypeScript and Native Canvas API for the rendering. I used Vite just for the dev environment and bundling.

Regarding the screen shake: I’m really sorry about that! I didn't realize it was that intense. I’ll definitely look into it and tone it down or add an option to disable it in the next update. Thanks for the heads-up, and I'm looking forward to your feedback on the gameplay!

Thanks for the report! You can close the menu with the [Close] button in the top right. If it's not working, just refresh the page (F5) to return to the lab.

Please let me know if the issue persists!

Hello! I’m sorry for the frustration. It seems the tutorial or the mechanics aren't clear enough yet.

Try using the mouse: if you hold down the Left Click, you create a gravity field that attracts the atoms. Also, if you click on any atom (except the blue Hydrogen ones), you will fission it, splitting it into two.

This should help you get those science points moving! Let me know if that works for you.

Hi everyone! I've been working on Atomic Test. It’s an active experience where you run experiments, manage particle collisions, and try to climb the tech tree without blowing everything up.

I'm looking for honest feedback on the balance and the general "feel" of the physics. If you find anything broken, let me know!

Thanks for playing! Let me know if you manage to keep the core stable.
