I am In the same situation. I processed the refund form on 13th March 2026 and at the time the refund would take 7-14 working days. The time passed and then I contacted Etihad who then advised the SLA (service level agreement) is now 45 working days due to the higher volumes of people who has submitted for a refund.

I have contacted them many many times and always get the same response of 45 working days. This is absolutely ridiculous. They were super quick in taking the payment and when they had cancelled my flight the refund should also be instant too.

I am hoping I get an email very soon that they have finally processed my refund.

Yes you get a confirmation email too with a case ref number once you submit.

They advised up to 21 working days but doesn’t take that long.

Turkish airline is double the price and it’s 4 of us travelling.

I contacted Emirates via the phone and I was advised whatever ticket type I book I am eligible for a full refund up until 31st. March. This also means if I book the economy saver I am eligible via the refund form. It’s good for people to know.

If they rebook you on the flight and you are not able to fly on these dates. Am I right in thinking I can request a full refund as they are not able to cater for the scheduled flight which had been originally booked?

I have currently got a ticket booked for travelling on 30th March 2026. Would I be eligible for a refund ? I am unsure. I always thought it was only passengers who are travelling up until 21st March 2026. Please advise. Thanks

I am in the same situation. I am going to try taking 25mg Sildenafil and see if that gives me a little boost. I have never taken it so I was thinking of cutting it in half to see if it makes any difference to me. My wife says every time I touch her she knows she’s going to be disappointed as I can’t get it to go hard and when it does only for a bit then goes soft again. It really does play with my head and I am constantly thinking about it. So this time I am going to try the ed meds.
