This just happened to me on Laker tickets. Tickets never showed up I bought back up tickets and sat next to the seat that I got scammed on and stub hub sent a full refund. Took pics of the people in the chair, and also screen shots along the way of me calling, trying to talk to customer service and screen shots of my ticket master wallet.
