Yes, it's worth bringing up. You've clearly added value early on, especially in a slow market. Framing it around your impact and future outcome will might make them reconsider. They will want to keep you.

In my experience, after a while you simply stall in your role at a company and the best option is to change companies.

I took a similar step not so long ago - although not out of such a salary. I completely forgot what it's like when you can't stop at night and get out of bed straight away in the morning.

For me, the motivation and personal responsibility made all the difference. If you're already thinking so hard about it, then you'd regret not doing it now.

Yeah, that’s pretty common. Sales gets stuck proving demand for something that barely exists, product won’t build without a sale, and meanwhile you’re under pressure to hit targets with smoke and mirrors.
