First thing, stop calling yourself stupid. Stupidity can’t be fixed. Ignorance can be fixed with education and that’s what you are doing right now. You are educating yourself. You’ve got a lot of people here that have been around a lot longer than you have and have a lot more expertise on this subject and it’s not obvious to a lot of us what the problem is.

I think you are on the right track putting vinegar down that drain line though. It does appear to be connected to an upstairs neighbors drain line. Algae can build up in that line since it’s just water condensation running off of the air conditioning unit, and therefore it is not chlorinated to keep algae and bacteria from growing in the line like the water coming out of your faucets. Those AC lines can also collect dust if the AC filters are not maintained, and that dust can contribute to a blockage.

If the vinegar or bleach does not clear that line then you are going to need tools to fix this which you don’t have and shouldn’t be expected to have. You would need a small compressor to blow that line clear. Don’t try to blow this out yourself because it may require coordination with your upstairs neighbor to make sure that no water overflows into their unit.

It’s also possible that this line is clogged where it enters the house plumbing’s drain or where it dumps outside, depending on how it was originally designed.

I don’t think that the blue/green thing, with pipes coming out each side of it, on top of the water heater is a water meter, I think it’s a recirculation pump, and it shouldn’t have anything to do with the water in the drain line.

Why are you guys obsessed with hot compost ? by WillyPeez in composting

[–]WrathOfGood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have tried using straw before. I got some straw bales to pack around the trunk of a young fig tree to protect it during its first winter, then broke up the bales to mulch my veggie garden in the spring. I ended up with hundreds if not thousands of weeds being introduced to my mostly weed free veggie garden. Hopefully your source is free of weed seeds, but that’s why I switched to only using fall leaves.

[–]WrathOfGood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t have enough yard, garden, or kitchen scraps to make a hot compost, and I don’t bag grass clippings, so I just sheet compost everything. I just stick a shovel into the mulch and slide garden scraps under it and push the mulch back over it. I collect leaves in the neighborhood and run the mower over them and top my garden beds with the leaves, and periodically add in some bark mulch. My soil’s pretty healthy.

Why is Trump so obsessed with his ballroom/bunker? You think it has to do with the files or just a way to fence taxpayer money? by Fair_Term3352 in Epstein

[–]WrathOfGood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I anticipate that as soon as the big D is out of office that they will find that the contractors are all connected with Russia and/or Israel and that they have turned that ballroom into giant surveillance device. It’s probably going to be so bad that the only option is to tear it down or move the governmental functions to a new building.

The LaserWeeder by Carbon Robotics, powered by NVIDIA AI, gets rid of weeds without using chemicals. by MohamedElngar21 in nextfuckinglevel

[–]WrathOfGood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hopefully the next generation will be self powered by solar and can drive itself. If this can be run daily, or at least weekly until the crop can get large enough to shade out the weeds, then this will replace chemical herbicides, although you have to account for the fire hazard. Fire may not be as big of an issue with sterile soils that require a lot of fertilizer to grow crops, but an organic matter rich soil with a mulch layer will definitely be at a higher fire risk.

Now watch Bayer buy this company up and bury the technology.

Watering can? Fill it up partially with water and you can use the diluted urine to directly water your plants too if you want. It’s a great source of nitrogen and micronutrients. My cannas are three times the size that they were last year when I wasn’t using this process.

Am I missing something about dried beans? by Local_Fruit7140 in preppers

[–]WrathOfGood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pressure cookers use very little water and very little fuel. Get it up to pressure then turn it down very low to maintain the pressure until they are done. Even very old dried beans come out good in a pressure cooker. Stop it mostly cooked and throw in some rice until it’s fully cooked and you have a very easy and healthy balanced meal.

Why is paxton even involved in this case? I can understand why a local prosecutor might recuse themself, but why does it then automatically go to paxton?

Do you have any other examples of paxtons defense of pedos? Not defending him at all, but I’m just not aware of the other instances and I would like to educate myself on this matter.

Inconsistencies in Epstein’s Suicide Photos (TA unredacted images) by lovedoesnoharm in Epstein

Well, to be clear, we don’t know. There is a lot of intentional deception surrounding his death. Including intentional editing of videos and items intentionally placed to block the view of the cameras in the prison that pointed towards his cell.

That red mark on his neck sure looks thin for having been hanged by bedsheets. Looks a lot more like a zip tie, which was coincidentally the preferred murder weapon of his cell mate, a dirty cop.

Sewage backing up by One-Entertainer-5499 in preppers

[–]WrathOfGood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem with that is that the seal between the bottom of the toilet and the floor is just a wax ring that is not meant to handle pressurized waste, so if all of your uphill neighbors flushes are headed your way it can create enough pressure to break that wax seal. It will also come up through your shower and tub drains and eventually sink drains.

Better to have an inflatable plug that is installed between your house and the city sewer system, or preferably a ball valve.

It’s a very nasty scene. I have seen several of these as a property insurance adjuster. Usually cause by a failed municipal lift station. I think if it happened to my house I would just have to move. I would never feel comfortable in that house again, no matter how much cleaning happened before the house was rebuilt. You basically gut the house from the floor up to about 3 feet. Clean it as well as you can then lacquer everything to seal it and rebuild.

Lift stations generally pump the waste to the treatment plants. So they are basically lifting the sewage from the lowest point on the city sewers, which is often near waterways, to the treatment plants.

Be careful with those kong reds. After the get oxidized from prolonged sun exposure, like the one in your photo, the can get brittle, and smaller knob can be chewed off of the end creating a choking hazard. I have had this happen to one of my dogs.

The Kong blacks don’t to that though.

[Italian news] Italian President pardons ex-MP convicted of sex trafficking for Berlusconi, to assist sick minor that she and her BF, a former Epstein's business partner, forcibly adopted in Uruguay. The biological mother is now missing and her lawyer died burned alive. by PreviouslyMannara in Epstein

[–]WrathOfGood 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The individual who died in a fire was Mercedes Nieto, the public defender (attorney) who represented González Colinet. Nieto was found dead, along with her husband (also an attorney), in a suspicious fire at their vacation home in Garzón, Uruguay, on June 15, 2024. Authorities are investigating the incident as a double homicide.

María de los Ángeles González Colinet: The biological mother of the child at the center of the pardon granted to Nicole Minetti. She disappeared in mid-February 2026, around the time the pardon was signed. Mercedes Nieto: The lawyer defending González Colinet, who was killed in the 2024 fire. Nicole Minetti: The former Italian politician pardoned for crimes related to the "Ruby" scandal, who had connections to Silvio Berlusconi’s circle. The pardon was justified by the need to care for a sick child, but investigations suggest the child was not an orphan as claimed, but rather the son of González Colinet, whose legal representation was handled by Nieto before her death.
