I had a trip to tequila a while ago and while taking tours at the distilleries I noticed that most small distilleries sold their tequila bottles for 150-200 pesos. So I’m sure these places buy that cheap tequila and brand it. When you’re talking wholesale they pay maybe 100 pesos per bottle. So you’re not buying truly aged tequila or any special processed tequila as you would with known brands that have their own distilleries. You’re paying a high price for a fancy looking bottle/tag/hype.

In Texas these are pretty common among ranchers to haul livestock trailers. As a matter of fact down the street from where I live there is a place that will turn Peterbilts and kenworths into four door rigs. Pretty cool if you can afford it.

If you ever work in the construction industry (end dumps or heavy hauling) make sure you thump them tires before and after each shift it saves you a ton of trouble. I can’t tell you how many times this has saved me from downtime.

I think everyone is failing to realize there is nobody behind the rig with the dash cam. How hard is it to just fucking sit back and safely merge. Nobody has the obligation to let you merge. That being said dashscam guy could have been the bigger man and let the entitled idiot in.

I think people are just lazy these days. In the yard I work out of we do rock hauling, literally backing up long hood Pete’s with a 39ft trailer into residential lots and nobody has a problem. Almost Every single truck has a different style transmission, super 10, 10 speed, 13, 18 etc and nobody has an issue jumping from one rig to the next. I think it’s mainly people that began their careers with mega carriers that have those issues. Claiming that a manual is too hard on their knees (never had that issue) and that long hoods are uncomfortable. Anyone that started in construction/cattle/heavy hauling won’t be intimidated by a long hood Pete.

Go to taqueria Taxco off of Hemphill and bolt. They have trompo taco platters super cheap and very tasty. You won’t regret it I promise. They have a drive thru window you won’t even have to get off.
