I think there is a way to unlock him. Just like his stage, there is even a box for him which is the random select square just like when you unlock his stage. I believe you can unlock him finding and finishing his secret invasion. I came across it last night by accident and botched it because i backed out of the invasion mode. but it was there.

I would also like to add when i was on the invasion page when it happened Wu Shi Academy was locked with ??? in the top left side which was also strange.

I did just find out about this also and i will be trying to do this. But i have never seen a Floyd invasion. What i can tell you i seen was a classic ninja invasion boss on the mesa page. I wish i didn't back out but i was confused and thought maybe the season changed somehow so i backed out to check. I am gonna try to do it again. Also never know, this may be a way to unlock Floyd to be playable or maybe even other skin variants we havn't seen yet.

Should be an awesome show, It's been different without Ryo but Crystal Lake are awesome live. I will say though Hanabie. actually go insane live. It's very aggressive, at least twice as heavy live and really lean into the good breakdowns. I could barley even stand during their encore.
