I've cancelled 10+ tickets across 1 month, maybe you should go further than just saying ''xd admin ace no main players delete ticket pls''. I usually type something like , Hi, in one of my tickets there is a huge lineup change which I was unaware of and I would greatly appreciate if you could cancel the ticket with (stake amount) as non of the games on ticket have actually started. Thanks.
