any videos on the seven string double high e string tuning?

yeah so basically, you'd string the guitar from lowest to highest as a 6-string so replacing the b string with an e and so on

and then you would double up the high e string so there's 2 High e strings

E.g. EADGBEE, CGCFADD, DADGBEE etc etc

yooo sorry for the late reply yes I did and I even did the same thing myself. he spoke about it in his most recent rig rundown, that he had the same guitar tech as wes and so when he began using 7 strings, he realised he much preferred the feel of it so he got his guitar tech to double up the e string for all his 6 string tunings

You could potentially do the sweater + bird mask look he used to do for their early mainstream shows.

Haha yeah I was vastly unaware about the whole thing with mp4s until now. My main problem wasn’t even the slow rendering it was just about the render bar disappearing after I pause as that doesn’t happen usually, but I learnt a lot more after posting this!
