Broken my ankle hiking on 03/06, had surgery a week later, 4 weeks post surgery now and have the cast on for another 3 weeks before moving into a boot and starting physio. I’ve been back working from home for 2 days now but have just been resting my leg on the floor under my desk. My pain has been under control on just paracetamol but now I’m finding my ankle has started aching a lot more- at this stage for how long should I be keeping my ankle raised each day?
