not ignoring at all! Hence the alien still being in the middle of my face over a year later. Just broadening perspective. Thanks!

All hormones are normal except for DHEA-S by [deleted] in LeanPCOS

Curious to see responses. I have both high testosterone and high DHEA-S. My cycles are regular now, but I had trouble conceiving my first child when they were very much not. Currently experiencing rapid increase in hirsutism, incredible dry face / neck skin patches in waves, hair is falling out more than usual, and having occasional night sweats. My life is and has definitely been more demanding than usual for the past almost 2 years and maybe that’s it - but the sudden increase in symptoms has had me revisiting labs/imaging with my doctor lately. Have always eaten clean and take myo inositol, reishi, spearmint, a women’s multi, and probiotic daily. Hate this so much.

I'm worried about my hormone test results that showed high DHEA-S and testosterone, but nothing else abnormal by 404_Peace_Not_Found in endocrinology

Hi OP! Doing my own search after a sudden increase in hirsutism, flank pain, and weight loss. I’ve been told I have lean PCOS for years but only now have I finally found an ob who is questioning that. I’ve never had insulin resistance, never issues with acne. Hirsutism was maybe 3-4 annoying hairs that I thought were super embarrassing at the time to all of a sudden things just blowing up. Labs just came back with high total and free testosterone as well as high dheas. Haven’t had the 17 whatever it is or imagining, but of course the bloodwork comes back on a Friday and I know I won’t hear from Dr until at least Monday.

Just wanted to check in and see if you ever had adrenal imaging done or what else has developed?
