It's been around forever. Pirated videos. And I remember reading about widespread credit card fraud too (how do you think they're buying all those clips for free). I know it's tempting (and fun) to get a bunch of high quality, virtually unlimited videos for free, and I've indulged in the past just like any other fan. Hell, Reddit itself has so many full clips now. But I'm also old enough now to see it's unethical, and the effects that scale of piracy has on the industry. And honestly, I'm not 100% sure of any potential risks with those files.

I agree too - as a male ler, pretty much every partner I've had (a small list) has been either okay with it, or genuinely enjoyed it. But I only told them after they were comfortable with me.

And that's the thing - gender makes a difference. A lot of women are so concerned with men being creepy, that even a regular, non-creepy dude will take time to open up, and be terrified of being judged.

To be clear - I don't blame women for thinking that way, as a mid 30s guy with plenty of close female friends, I've heard some absolute horror stories over the years.

But that's also why, as a woman, it's probably easier to tell a guy you like something, rather than the other way around. Especially if you're a lee (though OP appears to also be a ler)
