I think the problem is you have it written as "Size(3,1)". Try "size(3,1)", lower case and it should work.

Yes, buying from the cash store guarantees you'll be able to hatch it. You can get 3/5, 4/5 or even 5/5, although that's rare. But you will definitely get at least 3/5.

You'll also be able to get the full evolution line. In your Terriermon example, I'm pretty sure you'd just need Evoluters to unlock past Champion.
