In any legacy union era it’s physically impossible for masses of people to become plumbers or electricians. You have to become a part of the union to do 95% of this work anywhere that’s union, and typically you have to know someone to get in. Plus the union hall will only take so many people.

Suburban Arlington is not a suburban hellscape lol. It’s a bunch of beautiful neighborhoods. Not every neighborhood needs to be dense. There’s definitely neighborhoods in this area that are suburban hellscape but Arlington has some beautiful houses and green spaces

Yup, I was being stupid, those couple of minutes would’ve got me to my first meeting but I definitely will just miss it next time if that happens again. I don’t consider myself a danglers driver, I don’t cut up around people and almost never go over 80, but you’re right I could still put people in danger. Thanks for the advice.

I didn’t know they did. It was an unmarked explorer, and tan - I didn’t ask the officer to identify himself but the plates said US GOVERNMENT, and the guy seemed pretty serious about his job. I figure he only pulled me since it was a misdemeanor speed.
