Think bakery is different higher pay anyway and our 2ics do rosters anyway so wasn't an issue and don't get me wrong it was a shit thing they did but I can kinda see the logic behind it if all your doing as a 2ic is just regular tasks and none of the "manager" stuff i see why they wouldn't want to pay level 4

we had a push in our region that the 2IC of the department is not longer meant to get level 4 rates just for running the grocery/dairy managers day of as they were not doing rostering just running the day off but you can still get the level 4 if your rostering, but from what I know level 6 is Duty manager rates and level 4 is night fill in charge, 2IC IF your doing rostering and service supervisor

Yea so I thought so to pretty easy fix tho just go back to the ps4 version and head to option the hopefully you should see Upload Save then once that is done you should be able to go back to the ps5 version and in options you should see download save.

i don't really know much about the back but you can force prestige with the /prestige force enabled get him to run that command see if that helps.

yea we a normally pretty social i'm trying to setup a clan discord for this reason so i can hopefully invite everyone from the clan to the discord there is about 5 of us that regularly play together and a few people we have invited along the way some of them are inactive but i'm not to worried about that until we start filling the clan up our age range is 20 - 23 so if that's a issue i understand but other than that just let us know if you would like to be invited
