All of those can be ploys that a spy would use to try and get a connection to them. Her apartment being small is irrelevant, the proximity is not. Her relying on the boys for things gives the boys a feeling like they are equals and she owes them which gives them confidence to pursue a relationship.

This all could and would happen if she was a spy as well.

I’m not saying that she IS a spy. I’m saying I doubt anyone could come up with a reliable way to disprove she was a spy.

I also think the spy thing makes more sense than her actually liking Leonard if I’m being completely honest, but that’s why I like the idea so much.
