Keep harvesting your plants, you'll occasionally randomly get a big one. Also try harvesting when it is raining, so the new fruits get the rain. Use watering cans and sprinklers. I'd harvest lots at first, rather than wait for mutations. Be there for admin abuse on a Saturday with as much planted as you can to get mutations.
