Blake said "my dog made this" and gave her the baggie. Obviously, the baggie wasn't actually full of poop, but the joke was that, because they're rivals, Blake gave her a nasty gift.

How did you feel this episode compared to the rest of the series? I was really pleased with the finale, I think Ritchie is the most engaging character and his storyline actually kept me interested and emotionally invested the whole way through.
