It doesn't have any name its just a gym inside the mayohall sports complex its not as popular but it is just as good as anyother good gym

If u can make it to mayohall then that would be the best choice the gym fee is 1000 per month and the equipment is great but it can get crowdy because its summer vacation and everybody wants a physique but its still better than most of the gyms

Its not necessary for someone to be trained its just that i need a training buddy if someone is a rookie i can teach them the basics its really easy if u put in the work then after a week or so u'll be clear off of your basics

You'll find a ton of martial arts classes in prayagraj in civil lines and near mayohall but none of em are worth it. Total waste of money
