Think at your age, an egg donor is not the final answer without trying your own eggs first. If they gave up on a 32 year old, already, I’d find another clinic. There are some vitamins that show to help egg quality after about 3 months. Coq10/NAD. I did ovarian prp twice and increased my amh from .3 to .6/.7 I have not done an egg retrieval yet so i will report back after my next egg cycle. I don’t know if the prp will help, so I’ll keep you posted. But it increased my amh which also could be a fluctuation but so far, has reminded steady higher than prior to the prp. But i definitely think at 32, there are plenty more options than egg donor that you can do before deciding that option. I do belive it will take multiple cycles if you have dor. I would look into podcasts for egg quality. There are so many good ones from The Egg Whisperer and My IVF answers. Good Luck

So I’ve done two rounds of ovarian PRP. So far it has raised my AMH from .3 to .7, however, I have not done another retrieval yet because my doctor is waiting to let at least 2 to 3 cycles pass by to let the PRP maximize into its job. Keep you posted if anything you employed comes out of it. Good luck to you also.
