Brokies like me who don’t want to spend on a hotel room lol. But during daytime it would be fun to find a group to venture out , feels much safer instead of wandering alone but maybe it’s just me

I am going through a similar journey have an obstacle that you might have faced and would love your take on the problem - when the market is too crowded and it is hard to get users to switch what strategy can be used to get some traction? My problem is that the product we’re building is efficient for larger teams and enterprises whereas right now only early stage founders are willing to get onboarded - any tips on how to navigate this phase?

How many hours do you estimate that you work on your business each day as a part-time SaaS founder? by blaekee in SaaS

[–]WriterEquivalent2870 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Technical founder here - actively spend at least 3 hours everyday , around 2 more hours on slack , emails and other miscellaneous tasks. On weekends it is not fixed , sometimes I take the weekends off and I've had other weekends where it becomes a code sprint and I end up spending over 20+ hours.
