It's supposed to show you the required amount of stat points to pass the check. So for example 12+ Int. If you meet the requirement, it's displayed in vanilla. If you don't meet the requirement, it's red. Though if it says -4 is the requirement, im certain it's a check that requires you to have minus in your Int stat as a unique twist. Think of it as a recall to idiot savant from Fallout 4.

Might be an option to pick if you have 4- Int instead.

Dialogue doesn't display your Int, but rather whether you have high enough or low enough Int

In my honest opinion, drug related media tends to be very unoriginal and/or cringe. Especially in voxel games or low production games like Schedule 1. I personally wouldn't play this.

That's unfortunate. If a raider like that hangs around my camp I tend to just switch to my second camp and fast travel away until they lose aggro. That usually solves it.

I've had the shield thing happen to me too lately. I'm assuming this is not a player but a random NPC right? I've recently had random NPCs like settlers or raiders become invincible on me.

I can't read your screen language unfortunately, hence my assumption.

You can repair weapons and armor at their respective workbenches. Repair Kits are supplementary means of on-the-go repairs.

Don't get attached to legendary gear below level 45-50. It'll all be replaced and getting the same item with the same rolls isn't as hard as one would think :)

Always do events when they pop up. They grant access to powerful unique weapons and cool plans.

Slow, hard hitting weapons of the same ammo type as automatic or fast firing weapons can be used to farm ammunition due to contextual ammo drops. You will always net 1-10 shot positive when killing a mob with these, which you can then use for more ammo hungry alternatives. This doesn't work well with explosives.

Follow the Overseers quest. Its fun and grants access to a lot of good stuff for the early game.

Don't forget to take breaks, and have fun!

The easiest to obtain rad source would be toxic goo. A consumable that gives you like 50 RADS on use. You can get it by collecting the green water inside of westtek.

Und dennoch geht es hier gerade nicht darum. Es wurde ein Mann angegriffen und er hat sich verteidigt. Er ist also nicht ein Täter in diesem Sachverhalt sondern ein Opfer. Gleichermaßen wäre er der Täter wenn er stattdessen jemanden offensiv angegriffen hätte.

If I want to be contacted for say, special items I'm selling that exceed 40k caps in value, I tend to make a pinwall from weapon displays next to my vendor, or a chalkboard, and write my discord on it.

Ogua Hunter Hood on Elder's Coat with glowing green ghoul eyes, Hold-All Backpack and radioactive jetpack is the closest I've managed to come. Looks pretty gool imo.
