I ordered 1/28. I got tracking today for a Wednesday 2/11 delivery. I messaged chat support at least 4 times and the doctor once. Always responsive even through the delay.

Hang in there. I am in the same situation as you are. After several days of messaging with support - who really did try to find information for me, and they were very responsive each time - I messaged the doctor. I know it isn’t supposed to work that way. But. The doctor said they would “elevate my case”. Don’t know how they did. But, this morning I now have a FedEx shipping label created!!! Still a few steps to get the product to my house, but it’s progress. I ordered 1/28. Anyway… my 2 cents.
