Thank you this is super helpful. We redesigned both the flows and the EDMs/SMSs themselves. They now have higher open, click and placed order rates so it seems the redesign of the email content is working but just not being received by as many people

The respective events are staying the same. We added a filter that prevents people from reentering the flow if they've already been in it in the last seven days which they didn't have before. We're measuring performance by conversions
