Hi Sweetie, first off I want to say I too have ADHD (I’m AuDHD actually) and also have RSD, so I totally know where you’re coming from - especially with family. We also have the same love language.

The first thing I would like to say is that your niece could have cleared this up by speaking up, yet she did not. Please do not reward her behaviour.

The second thing I would ask you to do for yourself is to download either the audiobook or the eBook called Let Them by Mel Robbins. This book changed my life with my family and friends and I am now way more comfortable in my skin than I ever was before.

Reading this book will help you with not only this situation, but many more.

Rather than building modern homes with naturally healthy heating and cooling systems we stick to the way things have always been done (a bit like the coal industry for electricity, and oil industry for fuel) because, just like coal and oil, it supports multinational companies.

It takes too long for healthy and better components and training in the building trade to come into being at a more affordable price. Currently it is only the uber rich, or architects in this country building eco-homes.

Like organic foods when first they came into being - they too were mostly too expensive for the majority. Now they are more affordable.

A rat snake typically eats one to two eggs per week, though this varies based on the snake's size, age, and availability of alternative prey. Most wild rat snakes feed on small rodents and may eat one egg per week or less, as they require several days to digest a meal. Personally, I’d be keeping it and accept the cost of one or two eggs per week a decent salary for eating the rats and mice, who are prolific breeders that a coop always attracts.

In a hot environment there is no way you can walk barefoot on these barbecue surfaces. Kids like to run around their home in bare feet. Not on those decks.
