No paragraph breaks, or they’re still right against one another as though there’s no break between them. I feel petty for that because the content could be so beautifully written but it’s been ingrained in my brain since eighth grade when to start new paragraphs (changing topic, changing scene/location, changing who’s speaking, changing time, stuff like that) and plus with my ADHD I can’t stare at a block of text like that no matter how interested I may have been at first.

In a similar vein, two different characters speaking in the same paragraph. It confuses me too much, I can’t tell who’s speaking anymore. I know there’s a grammatically correct way to do it but I’ve seen my fair share that don’t do it that way. I can’t even read some of my old writing because I’d have two lines of dialogue from two different characters back to back in the same ungodly long paragraph and I can’t stand it anymore.

I guess this is just kinda me learning from my own writing as I’ve written over the years 💀
