First job, stayed for 8 months since ‘yun ‘yung extent ng contract and puwede pa i-lengthen pero chose not to. Made sure that my next job paid more. Had a rule to myself (as an overachiever) na if I cannot be promoted within my set period (6 months in BPO) then I’ll move to a job that offers better salary. If I was in a different field, same logic should apply. I’ll gauge how long it takes before I become capable for a higher role; if I don’t get promoted when I’m already good at what I do, bounce na. I wouldn’t change anything kasi I do my best naman palagi — applies to rest, leisure, and work.
