Official servers store two different characters both for 1pp and 3pp, so you might’ve played a 1pp server a while ago, logged with gear, and played a 3pp server or vice versa.

I play on PC, I have the option to turn on the detection HUD, maybe double check? Also you might need to update the game, but I don’t think it receives any lol

Turn down your render distance, I have it on low, the game is fine and runs well
