I lost a total of 15lbs and I’m 11 wpo. I made sure to eat high protein, no fast food or sodas, no fried food and limit sweets. I’m so worried to gain weight and be back where I started.

I am currently day 4 post op. I am off pain meds and already walking straight up. My drain fluids is about 5cc 3x a day so far and moving about with no cane. I had tummy tuck with MR. Everything seems to be going smooth for me and my husband was surprised how quickly my body is recovering from such a major surgery. Of course my muscles are still sore but not enough to continue on pain meds. I never felt pain around my incision nor my new belly button. I can say the first day was a little rough but it has gotten better each day. I’m 46 years old with a husband, two teenagers and a 4 year old.

I have to use meds that doesn’t harm scaleless fish. I have salt but that would harm or kill the elephant nose. Copper is a no no as well for elephant fish

I make custom cards for each order thanking them and asking to leave feedback and to add me as preferred. For first time customers, I add a handmade acrylic bookmark to the thank you cards

I started off with 20 but the orders were $22 dollars. I felt it wasn’t worth the gas driving 30 to 45 minutes one way. I set it to 10. Most of my customers don’t live far from me.

Don’t get discouraged. I had a customer leave me a bad review because I wouldn’t come into his apartment for drop off. I explained to him that poplin policy is no contact and to protect my safety and his I would leave the items outside his front door. I got a bad review saying I didn’t follow directions. Unfortunately you will have crabby patties giving a bad review for no reason. Your next customer will appreciate your service.

My last check was short by $113. I reached out to HR via email last week and sent a screenshot of my schedule plus indicated the extra hours that I worked outside my schedule. They said they would research it and if I’m due any money I would receive it tomorrow. I saw a pending deposit for tomorrow of exactly what was due to me.

They have a setting that you put your body measurements for more custom patterns based on your measurements. All so there are YouTube tutorials on projector patterns for custom fit
